By accessing or using the website zyronlabs.com or engaging Zyron Labs for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Zyron Labs provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, AI transformation consulting, graphic design, e-commerce solutions, and technical support. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and payment terms for client projects are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work signed between Zyron Labs and the client.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Zyron Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a completed project, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables produced specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Zyron Labs retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools, frameworks, libraries, and open-source components used in deliverables remain subject to their respective licenses.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information, requirements, and timely feedback during the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring they have the rights to any content, trademarks, or materials provided to Zyron Labs.
• Obtaining any necessary licences, permits, or approvals for their products and services.
• Making payments on time as per the agreed milestones.

Payment schedules and methods are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before project commencement.
• Milestone payments are due upon completion of agreed deliverables.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Zyron Labs reserves the right to pause work on accounts with overdue balances.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of a project. Zyron Labs will not disclose client project details, source code, or business information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyron Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in content.
• Unauthorised access to our servers or personal information stored therein.
• Third-party conduct or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zyron Labs in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally first by contacting the other party in writing. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or mediation in accordance with applicable law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Zyron Labs will deliver all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
